Minor violations such as running, pushing swimmers in pool and chewing gum will be handled immediately at the discretion of the lifeguards. Violators will be given one warning, then, if the offense occurs again, the violator must sit out of the pool for a period of time.
Serious problems will be dealt with by the Pool Manager, and ultimately, by the Board of Directors. The Board maintains the right to review repeated offenses. See Code of Conduct Agreement for further explanation.
